Work with 364 Days
364 Days is a gender equity accountability initiative focused on the 364 days beyond International Women's Day. We collect the questions women and allies want institutions to answer on pay, promotion, safety, representation and accountability. Results will be analysed in aggregate and used to identify the questions institutions will be invited to respond to ahead of IWD 2027. We welcome contact from people and organisations interested in supporting the initiative, sharing the survey, becoming partners, hosting conversations, funding the work, or helping institutions respond meaningfully.

Partnerships
364 Days welcomes partnerships with organisations, networks and institutions that want to support year-round gender equity accountability.
Partners may help by:
- sharing the survey with their networks
- supporting ambassador recruitment
- hosting local or sector-specific conversations
- helping translate or adapt materials
- supporting research, analysis or dissemination
- encouraging institutions to respond publicly to the questions raised
Partnerships can be local, national, sector-based or international. We are especially interested in working with networks that can help reach women whose concerns are often underrepresented in institutional gender equity conversations.
Funding and support
364 Days welcomes conversations with funders, foundations, institutions and individuals who want to support independent, year-round gender equity accountability. Funding can support the infrastructure and dissemination of the initiative while preserving complete independence over survey design, analysis and publication.
Funding can help support:
- survey infrastructure and data protection
- website maintenance and accessibility
- translation and multilingual participation
- ambassador coordination
- research and data analysis
- publication of aggregate findings
- local IWD 2027 activities based on the results
364 Days is committed to maintaining the independence of the initiative. Funders will not have access to individual survey responses and will not influence the questions, analysis or publication of results.
What partnership or funding does not mean
Partnership or funding does not mean controlling the questions, accessing individual responses, influencing the analysis, or shaping which results are published. The credibility of 364 Days depends on independence, transparency and the protection of respondents.
Media
For journalists, editors and media partners, 364 Days can provide background information about the initiative, its methodology, timeline and aims.
